At Sunrise Family Credit Union, we prioritize your safety and satisfaction, and we are excited to announce an upgrade to our Online Banking system designed to enhance the protection and security of your personal information.

To ensure uninterrupted access to your Online Banking, it is crucial that you update your Username and Password before November 14, 2024.

Following this date, we will implement Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), which will require you to enter a one-time passcode sent via text or email, along with an increase in security questions from three to five.

We kindly ask that you log into your Online Banking account before the deadline to verify that your email address and cell phone number are current in your Account Profile. This collaborative effort will help us maintain the highest level of security for your account.

How does Secure Now work?

When logging into online banking on your computer, you will receive a message (text or voice) on your phone with a 6-digit code. 

You will be asked to enter this code to complete the login process on your computer.

This feature takes the place of answering security questions when logging into online banking.

This feature is also available in the mobile app.

 

 

Online Banking USERNAME

QUESTION: Does your current Online Banking Username contain all numbers?

ANSWER: NO - No action is required.


ANSWER: YES - ACTION REQUIRED Before November 14th please log into Online Banking, click your name in the top right corner, select “Personal Info & Settings” select “Change Username.”

Create a new username without any: special characters, account numbers, first/last names.
Please Note: your username can no longer consist of all numbers.

Online Banking PASSWORD

QUESTION: Does your current Online Banking Password contain less than 8 characters?

ANSWER: NO - No action is required.


ANSWER: YES - ACTION REQUIRED Before November 14th please log into Online Banking, click your name in the top right corner, select “Personal Info & Settings” select “Change Password.”

Acceptable passwords are between 8 and 256 characters, and contain at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, one special character.
