How to Register Your Account

• To access your Audio Banking System, call +1 833-511-0563

• You will need to select an option first before the system asks you to login.

• To login for the first time you will need to enter your member number, and then the last 4 digits of your SSN as your PIN.

• You will be asked to change their PIN after their first login.

• In the Quick Check menu: members can check the balance of their main savings and checking accounts

• In the Account Inquiries menu: members can check their balances and history (please note that historical inquiries apply only for the history available on the new system.

• In the Financial transactions menu: members can transfer between their own accounts, request withdrawal by check from their Share account (min. $25.00, max $5000.00) and pay loan payments and credit cards.

• In the Member Services menu: members can change their PIN and select another member number.
